Returns & Replacement Policy
Versatilegems.com offers a simple 10 Days Return & Replacements policy.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the versatilegems.com team.
3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc
Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 10 Day period by meeting the above conditions. Note: Shipping charges, GST and duties are not refundable.
Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:
Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for Money. You can however, you can place a return request with 10 (Ten) days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your jewelry order, Versatilegems will deduct making charges of 25% off the total purchase price.
If your jewelry order cost is more than 25% of your purchase and you cancel your order, Versatile gems will deduct the jewelry costs.
If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Versatile gems will deduct the certification cost.
Important Notes:
• - Shipping Charges, GST and duties are not refundable.
• - Return Shipment is at customer's cost
• - Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards; For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
• - Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
• - Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

1. When does the 10-Day Return Period Start?
The 10-Day period starts from the day that you receive your product, as shown by our courier records.
2. I bought 2 loose gemstones, I like one of them - can I return the other?
Yes, under our no-questions asked return policy on gemstones with 100% money back, you can indeed return the other gemstone within the 10 day period
3. I have lost the lab certificate and original packaging of the product. Can I still return the loose gemstone?
We usually require full original product certificate, invoices, documentations, lab certificates, packaging, documentation, discount coupons, etc. that may have accompanied the loose gemstone. In the absence, of any of these items, you are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, you may still be eligible for a full or Partial Replacement / Store Credit. Please contact our customer support team, with your exact scenario, so that we may assist you.
4. Can I return a gemstone that I purchased and got studded in a ring?
Our Returns policy clearly states that any custom jewelry cannot be returned. However, you are eligible for a store credit worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on Versatilegems.com
5. I am returning a loose gemstone. How should I send it?
• In case you are returning or replacing a gemstone, please take the following steps:
• - Contact Customer Support and get a Return Authorization
• - Ensure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the gemstone like Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
• - Pack the items carefully and send only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share with us. You can find our address by clicking here Contact Us
• - We recommend that you send the product back through 'DTDC Plus' service from your nearest DTDC branch. This service assures Next Business Day (NBD) delivery on priority in all metros and major cities and minimizes any risk involved relating to delays, misplace or theft.
• - You may also have to ascertain which couriers accept jewelry. At times, customers have managed to circumvent this rule (at their own risk) by simply mentioning the product as "Artificial Jewellery" or "Astrological Product"
• IMPORTANT: Do not write the name Versatilegems or any gemstones, jewelry related words on the outside of the package, as it may attract undue attention and theft of the package. Instead please correctly mention us as "Versatile Corporation"
Refund policy
1. Returns /Refunds :
We accept returns only if the product you received is damage (for damage issue customers have to email or contact us on the same day of delivery ) only then refund will be applicable otherwise we cannot offer you a refund .
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your product price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged . In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly e-mail us at: versatilecorporation@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or not. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
3. Exceptions :-
a) Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
b) The Appearances , Dimensions and Weight of "Brass Statues" can be varies because of its hand made procedures. and company will not entertain any claim regarding exchange or refund of such products.
4. Cancellation Of Order:
For cancelling the order ,customer have to email us or contact us within 15 hours of placing the order to get full Amount Refund also once shipment gets disptached then there will be no cancellation.

Note:
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
The Refund will be credited within 7 working days. (If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account )
